Job Description

 

Teva is searching for a Sr. Project Manager (Product Launch, Transfer and Change) to join our team in Parsippany, NJ!

The Sr. Project Manager will be main the supply chain focal point to Commercial /Portfolio teams sites and markets from 2 years prior to launch to 6 months after launch, focusing on the development of regional launch operational plans (aligned with commercial portfolio), product transfers plans, product change plans and performing monitoring of project progress.
 
The Sr. Project Manager will also be the main Teva contact for the project plans and is responsible for coordination with internal and external resources in a matrix organization.
As part of project operation readiness, the Sr. Project manager will set and track project specific budgets, perform risk management and drive decisions to maintain project plan.

 

You will:

  • Work with the key stakeholders in the markets and TGO, to prepare, maintain & coordinate the operational launch, product transfer, and product change plans based on various inputs including:
  • Product information
  • Commercial strategy
  • Demand forecast
  • Regulatory and patent information
  • Suppliers and manufacturing sites
  • Business goals and budget
  • Maintain oversight the regional product launch, transfer, and change plans, while ensuring alignment with the internal and external sites launch manager, and markets launch management. The project management will be done for all projects planned in the region for the horizon of 2 years prior to launch and up to 6 months post launch. 
  • Continuously assess risks related to product launch readiness, contingency planning & execution.  Initiate any relevant activity required during the launch phase in order to maintain launch timeline. 
  • Continuously assess product transfer progress and change progress and risks, contingency planning & execution, and initiate any relevant activity required though the project in order to maintain project timeline.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical or business discipline required. Master’s Degree Preferred.
  • PMI or equivalent PMP Certification preferred.
  • 7+ years Supply Chain Experience or plant operations experience in a regulated pharma or OTC pharma environment, including operations project management experience required.
  • 3-5 years Supply Chain product launch, transfer, and change management of complex products preferred.
  • Go to market process understanding, GMP requirements, cost and finance processes, plant capacity models, ERP systems, Microsoft Software (Outlook, Visio, Word, Excel, PP, Project), SAP (Preferred), and Planisware (preferred).
