Job Description

Teva is searching for a Team Coordinator to join our team in Parsippany, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to begin or continue your career within a global pharmaceutical company. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President | US Market Access, the Team Coordinator will provide critical administrative and project-related support to the US Market Access Leadership Team, comprising seven leadership team members who have the responsibility for driving the US Market Access team’s results. In addition to providing customary administrative support, which includes managing calendars, booking travel, preparing expense reports, and managing time-keeping systems, the Team Coordinator will participate in and design critical business workflows.  Those workflows include, but are not limited to supporting purchase order creation and execution, developing and monitoring third party statements of work, and aligning the execution of critical training meetings (e.g., National Field Meeting and internal training meetings).  The Team Coordinator will design processes to enhance work flow. Work is primarily achieved by individual or through project teams by working under close/general supervision.


The Team Coordinator must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and continuously changing organization that requires all employees to adapt quickly to new demands and tasks that arise in the moment. The ideal individual will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to professionally work under pressure to handle a wide variety of tasks or activities by multitasking and prioritizing.




  • Cross collaboration with Market Access Leadership Team members and with project coordinators and senior administrative assistants support North American Leadership Team
  • Responsible for maintaining processes and coordinating essential workflows that lead to the efficient and effective operations of the functional groups reporting into the SVP | US Market Access
  • Manage project coordination of vendor work order management with Training, Procurement, and US Market Access teams
  • Responsible for preparing expense reports and supporting travel bookings for members of the North American Leadership Team, as required
  • Responsible for supporting the preparation of and managing the US Market Access Leadership Team annual calendar
  • Work with training department to coordinate training and professional development projects
  • Work with Facilities Management, IT, and Human Resources to help ensure that new employees are brought on-board the organization in a smooth, efficient manner


Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.




  •  Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience required: 0-1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, business environment (pharmaceutical industry a plus)
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft Suite of software preferred; SAP and ADP familiarity a plus




  • Basic skill level in MS Office including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of teleconference and videoconference services
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills required to reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with tremendous attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
