Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities    Percentage of Time

1.    Lead the Policy Office and manage the end-to-end policy management process. The goal is to ensure policies across the organization are standardized, clear, concise and easily accessible in an organized centralized location.    50%
2.    Manage the maintenance of the Global Compliance & Ethics Portal.    5%
3.     Work with the Digital Communications Team to manage updates and maintenance of the Global Compliance & Ethics intranet site.    5%
4.     Provide communications support for Global Compliance & Ethics programs. This includes using best practices to independently draft, design, and review and edit communications. Work on distribution plans to ensure the appropriate audiences receive relevant communications.    10%
5.     Manage the translation submission and review process for policies, communications, and any materials that are on GC&E intranet site.    5%
6.    Assist with the administration and tracking of Global Compliance & Ethics training on our company’s Learning Management System. Help respond to requests received in our training mailbox.    15% 
8.     Work on special projects and other initiatives as needed, such as our annual Culture of Integrity survey    10%


    ⦁    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

    ⦁    3-5 years of related experience, in a Compliance and/or Policy environment
⦁    3-5 years’ experience leading small to medium sized projects in a corporate environment
⦁    Prior project coordinator experience
⦁    3-5 years’ experience writing and designing business communications and corporate policies
    ⦁    3 + years business experience in a Pharmaceutical organization.
⦁    Additionally, prior experience and knowledge with the Healthcare and Compliance industry preferred.
⦁    Working with a highly matrixed global organization.

    ⦁    Proficient in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project).
⦁    Proficient with virtual communications (Teams, Outlook, etc.)

⦁    Fluent in English (speaking and writing); other languages helpful
⦁    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
⦁    High energy
⦁    Teamwork
⦁    Solution-oriented
⦁    High tolerance of ambiguity (industry and company changes can be rapid and unexpected)
