Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Search Marketing Manager will implement Search Engine Optimization and Paid Search solutions to improve our web presence and ensure new technologies are optimized. This person will work with internal and external teams to plan, implement, and analyze organic & paid search initiatives. The Manager will work with cross-functional partners to create and implement tactics aligned with the brand strategies and objectives. Additionally, the Manager works with a cross-functional team of internal Teva colleagues and agency partners to develop a multi-channel approach to increasing general awareness, drive Consumer and HCP preference. 


ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop the channel strategy for web and search across the portfolio of sites, app, and touchpoints 
  • Plan and execute acquisition activations across organic search (SEO) and paid search (SEM) – ensuring the experience remains consistent (leverage One Search approach) and to drive the maximum impact on behalf of our brands. 
  • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to create innovative web capabilities and experiences
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead web user experience including site structure, customer journey, design and personalization 
  • In collaboration with AORs, develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies and tactics 
  • Ensure prioritization of technical development is aligned with strategy and delivered against requirements
  • Create and evolve standards, guidelines, and best practices to optimize how Teva leverages and executes SEM activities across the customer journey
  • Explore and partner across the matrix on innovative solutions to drive advancements in search, and collaborates across the organization on key activities like planning, prioritizing, and implementation support
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on SEM trends, tools, and capabilities, including competitor techniques
  • Support and assist tagging requirements for both web analytics and marketing programs using Tag Management System
  • Develop and execute an A/B testing strategy to drive CRM enrollments and site engagement.
  • Continually improve web and mobile experiences through a proven test and learn approaches
  • Ensure process adherence and data standards are maintained for ongoing and accurate tracking
  • Develop and maintain operational model and capability roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Measure KPIs to monitor effectiveness and generate reporting when required
     

Qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 

Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate advertising settings preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior experience focusing on organic search strategy and execution
  • Experience in search engine marketing (SEM) and content development is required
  • Experience with website analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Understanding of Content Management Concepts and Site Design.
  • Understanding of User Experience Concepts and A/B testing philosophy.
  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • History of running effective paid marketing campaigns through Facebook and Google is preferred (experience with campaigns on Snapchat, Pinterest, and Twitter is a plus.)
  • Completion of Google Search Ads and Google Analytics Certifications is a plus.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, benchmarking, and statistical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Approximately < 20% domestic travel throughout the US and Canada.
