Location: Parsippany, NJ
Length: May 20, 2025 – August 8, 2025
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks
How you’ll spend your day
• During the 12 week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Sales Operations department.
• Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.
• You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Incentive Compensation business unit, working cross-functionally with other departments.
Your experience and qualifications
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in Bachelors program for Business/Engineering/Data Science or STEM-related discipline
• Basic Microsoft Suite skills required, particularly with Excel and Powerpoint
• SQL database skills are a plus, but not required
• Work effectively across functions as a team player to achieve common goals without hierarchy, politics or self-interest.
