The opportunity

Embark on a future with an international pharmaceuticals company, contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 12 week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. 

Location:  Parsippany, NJ
Length: May 20, 2025 – August 8, 2025
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks 

How you’ll spend your day

•    During the 12 week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Marketing department.
•    Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.
•    You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Marketing business unit.
•    AOP Portfolio Lead for Strategy, budget & tactics
•    Marketing Townhall preparation and slide presentation
•    Managing the implementation of internal and external marketing campaigns above brand
•    Consumer support, carve out specific projects from the AUS consumer plan (personal and non-personal)
•    HCP NPP support, carve out specific projects from the AUS HCP plan (personal and non-personal)

Your experience and qualifications

•    Currently enrolled in Marketing/Business, Bachelor of Science/Business 
•    Internship or previous experience in marketing or in a related field (class or major at school)
•    Exposure to brand marketing and consumer insights
•    Analytical skills to interpret market data, consumer behavior, and trends
•    Fundamental understanding of MS suite of products, ability to handle confidential materials, and demonstrated attention to detail
•    Intermediate Excel skills including skills related to charts, graphs, and Pivot Tables required
