The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join both the Corporate Affairs and the Pivot to Growth Office of Strategy & Transformation teams. This internship offers hands on experience in corporate storytelling, global strategic execution, and enterprise-wide communications. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and eager to learn how communications and strategy intersect to support a global business.

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)
Length: minimum of 12 weeks (May 18 through August 7, 2026)
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week

How you’ll spend your day
Tasks & responsibilities
Global Corporate Affairs (GCA)
- Augment media lists and systems to capture media metrics and monitoring, editorial calendars, communication trackers, and content libraries.
- Draft, edit/proofread internal and external communications (support GCA leaders in developing messages, intranet updates, town hall content).
- Support communication planning for strategic initiatives and change programs.
Strategy Office Support
- Support competitive intelligence tracking and monthly business summaries for the corporate executive team.
- Assist with planning and developing insights from cross functional strategy and transformation projects.
- Develop a social media plan and automation tool for postings on Pivot to Growth Strategy successes via LinkedIn (in partnership with GCA).
Your experience and qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, or related fields.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel; SharePoint a plus).
- Interest in corporate strategy & global communications, and cross functional collaboration.
