The opportunity

Embark on a future with a global pharmaceuticals company, bringing your creativity and drive to high‑impact projects from day one. Throughout this 12‑week experience, you’ll contribute to meaningful work and real‑world initiatives that support your growth both professionally and personally.

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Length: May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026

Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks

Pay:  TBD based on education and experience levels

Tasks & responsibilities

• Gain in‑depth insight into the Commercial Training and Development department throughout the 12‑week program, building a strong understanding of its processes, priorities, and strategic initiatives
• Work directly in day‑to‑day operations with guidance from a therapeutic trainer and support from experienced colleagues, taking on tasks with a wide range of scope and complexity
• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining training curricula, manuals, and instructional guides
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to create, refine, and align training content
• Help coordinate and facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning events
• Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, documentation, and general organizational support

Your experience and qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Basic understanding and hands-on experience with Outlook and Excel
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a future role in training or learning and development
