How You’ll Spend Your Day
- During the 12-week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Commercial Excellence department.
- Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.
- You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the US Innovative Medicines business unit.
- This role will primarily focus on Commercial Operations launch readiness activities, including the responsibilities outlined below:
- Support project management activities for Commercial Operations launch readiness initiatives.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and action items across cross‑functional teams.
- Support meeting preparation, collaboration, and follow‑up documentation.
- Maintain launch trackers, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Assist with process improvement efforts and special projects within Commercial Excellence.
Your Skills and Experience
- Currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate program of Business Management, Commercial Operations, Marketing.
- Fundamental understanding and experience in Commercial Operations, with a strong interest in learning and supporting launch readiness activities through tracking, reporting, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (tables, trackers, basic analysis, slide formatting)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging cross‑functionally.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
- Comfortable working with data, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Ability to synthesize information and translate inputs into clear summaries or insight.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics platforms is a plus (preferred).
- Ability to review, organize, and validate information across multiple sources (preferred).
- Interest in process improvement, operational rigor, and launch execution (preferred).
