This position will be assigned to the US IT Commercial team, supporting the delivery of AI and automation solutions across the organization. The individual will collaborate closely with vendors, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to assist in the design, testing, and validation of innovative technologies. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level IT initiatives and provides hands-on experience in applying emerging technologies to enhance commercial operations and improve customer outcomes.
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)
Length: May 26, 2026 – August 14, 2026
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 11 weeks

How You’ll Spend Your Day
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support the US IT Commercial team in delivering AI solutions to enhance business operations.
- Partner with external vendors to implement new technology projects aligned with commercial objectives.
- Support the testing and validation of AI and automation solutions to ensure they meet functional business requirements.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and internal IT governance policies.
Your Skills and Experience
Successful applicants will have the following credentials and attributes:
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program preferably pursuing a Software Engineering, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering bachelor’s degree (other majors will be considered)
- Experience implementing AI models, machine learning, and automation technologies
- Hands-on experience in training LLMs
- Applied knowledge of agentic AI automation
- Proficient in creating techno functional documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required to engage with other departments within the site
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Visio, Project)
- Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
