Job Description

Position Summary:  

The Brand Engagement Team is part of the Integrated Multichannel Marketing (iMCM) COE and is an intrinsic part of Teva’s commercial success by leading development of impactful channel strategies and flawless execution of integrated marketing plans. This role oversees multiple Brand Engagement Leads dedicated to products and/or therapeutic areas.  This role is critical in the overall success of their team and the COE by building key relationships across the organization, being a subject matter expert on impactful marketing, and mentoring the engagement team. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Lead team of Brand Engagement Leads, focused on HCPs and consumers, to drive effective customer centric plans and content
    • Maintain working knowledge of all brand therapeutic categories, brand business plans, strategic frameworks and customer insights
    • Mentor and coach team on how to create customer-focused plans to support US brands as well as how to foster strong working relationships with internal/external partners to ensure flawless execution of related promotional efforts
    • Build strong relationships with brand leadership, internal Teva teams (Brands, Legal, Reg., IT, Procurement) and external partner leadership to enable collaboration with iMCM Team and processes
    • Act as advocate and change agent for multichannel marketing best practices
    • Play integral part on the iMCM COE Leadership Team and working with the COE Lead in forming a collaborative, passionate and high-performing team culture
    • Provide ongoing development opportunities to the team
    • Participate on cross-functional brand leadership teams, where appropriate, to inform and influence marketing strategies
    • Partner with Analytic and MR Teams to establish success metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs
    • Develop recommendations based on metrics and performance and ensure plans are optimized as needed
    • Monitor trends in digital, consumer marketing and evolving technologies to support strategic recommendations
    • Drive transparency of marketing investments based on anticipated ROI/value/impact
    • Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of marketing materials



Education Required: Undergraduate: BA/BS in applicable discipline

Education Preferred: Advanced degree in relevant discipline

Experience Required:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
