The opportunity

The Digital Designer will ensure the content we produce for our client base is of high quality, helps them connect with customers, and aligns with the strategic growth of our client’s vision and goals. This role will be crafting new creative as well as editing client-provided content for creative and content services.  The Creative Specialist will always think creatively and execute strategically.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Provides user-centered design expertise from concept to delivery
  • Ensures graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and sustainability
  • Envisions and designs cutting edge and intuitive front-end digital and print solutions
  • Creates and manages development of digital assets such as emails, web banner ads, websites and new digital technologies 
  • Designs and works with developers as needed to build, QA, and route content through Veeva  
  • Packages and deploys to various outlets for distribution
  • Manages and enforces brand guidelines
  • Operates as the point of contact for any and all creative matters specific to customers
  • Manages time and deadlines efficiently, maintains knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and develops and/or edit and manage content within those guidelines
  • Participates in identifying, defining, and implementing solutions to issues, including those raised by project team members
  • Must possess the ability to accurately and consistently maintain high level of attention to detail for extensive time periods, while working with deadline time pressures, changing priorities and distractions, exhibiting resourcefulness and composure under pressure 
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develops a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Provides input on special projects as required

Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 

 

Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in applicable discipline or equivalent experience required
  • Superior knowledge of design aesthetics, both digital and print
  • 1 year of digital media production
  • Able to create in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; PowerPoint for presentation needs
  • Proofreading and fact checking at high degree of accuracy 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Must be proficient on Apple MacBook Pro
  • 1 year experience in design/production field of marketing 
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred, specifically with Regulatory reviews

 

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Html5 and Javascript skills is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge with CMS and CRM a plus
  • Episerver/Optimizely, Veeva Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Works well and proactively in a matrixed organizational structure
