Job Description

The Associate Director, Government Pricing Administration is responsible for the company’s compliance with the Federal Supply Schedule (“FSS”), the Veterans Health Care Act (“VHCA”), Public Law 102-585 (“PL 102-585”) and all related disclosures, negotiations, monitoring and reporting requirements. Additional responsibilities include the management of pricing policies, federal contracts and related financial, administrative and compliance processes related to this area. The Associate Director, GP Administration will work independently with little oversight, be a subject matter expert on all federal government pricing and contract requirements.  This position will provide support for all Teva US labelers and products.  This position reports into the Director, Government Pricing. 

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for the negotiations, execution and oversight of the FSS contract to ensure compliance with contract terms, statutory regulations, VA guidance and Teva’s policies. This includes, but is not limited to: the registration & annual certification of the System 
for Award Management (SAM); managing the quarterly industrial funding fee (IFF) payments and sales reporting; price reduction/tracking customer monitoring; trade agreements act/country of origin reporting; CSP/MFC disclosures; request for modifications and small business plan reporting.
Responsible for the calculation, validation and accurate/timely submission of the 
quarterly and annual Non-Federal Average Manufacturers Price (nFAMP), annual federal ceiling price (FCP) and Addendum A in accordance with the VHCA, PL 102-585 and Teva’s policy.
Responsible for the accurate & timely submission of quarterly Tricare rebate payments; preparation, submission and execution of MARR/VARR/BPA/TPR/NC contract and price actions and managing all Distribution and Pricing Agreements with the Department of Defense
Responsible for the daily validation of customer class of trade to ensure proper treatment/application in all government price types working closely with the Memberships team. 


Education:   Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree preferred and/or a combination of direct working experience in Pharmaceuticals commensurate to this role.

Experience required – Prior Pharmaceutical in Government Pricing/FSS space with brand and generic experience.  Supervisory/ direct people management.
Specific type of experience required: 
•    Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities
•    Knowledge of the GP/FSS regulations and reporting requirements 
•    Knowledge of ModelN Flex and GP systems
