Job Description

  • Management of production and material planning departments
  • Responsible for regular processing and update of production plans (Operational/Long Term)
  • Responsible for market demand analysis (AOP vs. ND/LBE etc.)
  • Responsible for covering the production with materials according to the plans (Raw/Pack/API analysis (availability, shelf live, tasks to planner buyers (PRs))
  • Collaborates with procurement personnel and suppliers to improve supplier relationships and supplier performance
  • Contributes to company KPIs (customer service, plan vs actual, inventory level)
  • Handles volume, inventory and capacity analysis
  • Drives inventory reduction / optimization initiatives for all incoming materials in line with agreed targets for site
  • Cooperates with other departments in the company (mainly production, customer service, warehouses, controlling, procurement)
  • Contributes to projects serving to improve the processes
  • Cooperates on transfers and material changes
  • Responsible for most accurate planning parameters in SAP
  • Responsible for analytics (S&OP, AOP, Plan vs Actual, Priorities to quality, Priorities to supply, other by need)
  • Handles presentations and is part of S&OP process locally and globally
  • Cooperates with Global Supply chain on planning processes and reporting


  • University degree ideally in economics or experience on similar position
  • English on advanced level (daily communication)
  • Management and organization skills
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP/APO is advantage
