Key Responsibilites

Managing construction projects in the Pharma and API industries

  • Plan, manage and control up to date project budget(CF & Commitment) on a daily basis
  • Manage project SCOPE as well as the engineering change control process.
  • Lead ongoing project risk analysis as well as mitigation plan.
  • Manage local and international multidisciplinary project teams (Procurement, Engineering, QA, EHS, etc)
  • Leading the activities for engineering solutions – design and design review, machine selection, machine FAT, installation and qualification (up until PQ), utility planning and execution.
  • Project stakeholder's management including both the onsite (Operation management, Production, EHS) and global functions.
  • Lead Weekly project status meetings
  • Prepare and present the projects to a steering committee on monthly basis.
  • Weekly and monthly projects reports.
  • Being the first escalation point for project team members, and "raise flags" for unresolved issues.
  • Close alignment with plant leadership team and engineering managers.
  • Escalate technical issues to the engineering account managers and steering team.
  • Cooperate and consolidate with similar projects.
  • Leading continuous improvement process through Lesson & learned sessions.
  • Manage internal and external PM teams which are performing projects in any global location in TEVA network or future new locations/sites.
  • Working according to global standards as well as regulation guidelines and in correlation with Teva global Strategy.
  • Taking part in internal department projects, as well as creating processes and global guidelines.
  • Spend at least 50% of his time "on-site".
Qualifications
  • B.A / Bsc. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/chemical/Industrial)
  • 5 years in construction project management– advantage in the pharma industry or chemical industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to lead teams, to manage stakeholders, work in global environment
  • Ability to lead teams of projects
  • To be able to influence others
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Creative and proactive and solution orientated attitude
  • Willing to commute frequently
