Job Description

Position Summary

This position will be responsible for the deployment of customer orders to the Distribution Center shop floor while utilizing the Warehouse Management System to manage resource capacity to prevent Operations bottlenecks and outbound delays.  This position will also ensure that all customer orders are shipped based on priority without compromising Customer Service Levels. 

**This position will be on 3rd Shift.**

Essential Duties include:

  • Utilize the Warehouse Management System functionalities to coordinate and deploy work to the shop floor with emphasis on managing high priority orders to meet customer expectations  
  • Coordinate daily workflow with the Operations management team and Outbound personnel
  • Serve as a backup for reviewing and approving secondary barcode shipper labels
  • Follow Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned to satisfy the business needs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, a degree with concentration on Supply Chain is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a distribution center environment preferred
  • Experience with a Warehouse Management System preferred

Technical

  • At least 3 years of experience in a distribution center environment preferred
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System preferred
  • Knowledge of computer software like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of automated distribution

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Excellent problem solving skills

Communication

  • Demonstrates good communication skills, both written and oral

Interpersonal

  • Demonstrates the ability to work well with a variety of individuals
