Location: North Wales, PA
Length: 8 weeks.
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work-week for 8 weeks during summer 2025 (June-August)
The main goal of this Internship is to create detailed tables in Excel to facilitate data cleansing for a mass upload to the Trade Dress Application Solution. The intern will gather information from various data sources and organize into structured tables in excel. The focus will be on ~ 400 pipeline projects and ~300 launched projects, with priority given to the pipeline projects.
How you’ll spend your day
Project Details:
Data Collection:
- Gather information from various individual forms, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets and PDF documents.
- Identify and extract relevant fields from these documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collect data from related websites and other external sources to supplement the information.
- Data Organization:
- Based on input provided by Marketing and IT teams, create structured tables in Excel to organize the collected data.
- Ensure that the tables are easy to navigate and understand, with clear headings and consistent formatting.
Focus on Pipeline Projects:
- Prioritize the collection and organization of data for the ~400 pipeline projects
- Ensure that all necessary information is captured for each pipeline project, by including all key metrics in the order provided by TD, Marketing team.
Inclusion of Launched Projects:
- Collect and organize data for ~ 300 launched projects.
- Ensure that the tables for launched projects are as detailed and comprehensive as those for pipeline projects.
Quality Assurance:
- Review the tables for accuracy and completeness.
- Make any necessary corrections or updates to ensure the data is reliable and up-to-date.
Your experience and qualifications
- Currently enrolled in BS program of Data Science, Computer Science, or related program.
