The opportunity
Systems and Processes PM is responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing management of cross-study and cross-functional business processes and their applicable IT system requirements, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms representation.
Enhance business performance and operational excellence for R&D Global Clinical Operations across Innovative Medicines, Biosimilars, and Generics.Managing operational interfaces internally and externally, overseeing system-related activities, leading the development and continuous improvement of BI platforms solutions and to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, translating them into relevant optimized and technical solutions, and driving the adoption of innovative analytics tools within clinical operations.
How you’ll spend your day
- Lead department related tasks and projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams and all identified stakeholders:
- Teva internal functions: R&D IT, Data Management, clinical study teams and others as needed.
- Teva external suppliers: technology vendors, CROs etc
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing management of cross-study, cross-functional, operational, and system-related projects, including the development and continuous improvement of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and solutions.
- Analyze and optimize organizational processes and workflows, business system requirements and operational processes:
- Translating business needs into scalable system functionalities and scalable BI capabilities.
- Plan and implement – Business processes, workflows and configurations, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and regulatory standards while maintaining a user-friendly experience.
- Create and execute validation scripts, and perform qualification testing. - Developing comprehensive training materials and delivering training to relevant stakeholders to support adoption and effective use of systems
- Management of system data and corrections including resolution of data gap queries with internal and external teams
Your experience and qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Bio Medical Engineering, MIS (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, Healthcare/Bio-Informatics, or equivalent field

4+ years of demonstrated experience in supporting technology systems - must.

Healthcare or pharma background - advantage.

High level English – must

Strong process mapping and business analysis skills

Implementing user-focused solutions, resolving process and data issues
- Experience in project management (inc. Team training and change management process)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
- Driving processes optimization and change management to digital platforms, streamline operations, and delivering actionable analytics.
- Experience with Clinical systems (CTMS, TMF, EDC).
- Experience with validation tools (e.g., gALM).
- Experience with BI tools- PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik sense – PowerBI advantage
- Understanding of clinical drug development
- Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation principles
- Ability to identify, summarize, and communicate issues and lead projects to determine and implement solutions
