This is a unique opportunity to join Teva's Global Clinical Operations (GCO) Central Services Team as a Senior Specialist GCO Learning and Training. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our workforce by supporting ongoing learning initiatives and empowering employees with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a highly regulated environment. You will play a key role in the operation of our Learning Management System (LMS) specifically for the GCO organization and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure learning programs align with our organizational objectives.
How you’ll spend your day
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that courses, training curricula, materials, and tracking functionalities are up-to-date, accessible, and functioning optimally.
- Support the development of learning content focused on quality, regulation, and compliance issues to ensure all GCO employees are equipped with the right tools to meet industry standards.
- Close cooperation with the GCO and Global Clinical Quality (GCQ) functions responsible for maintenance of the GCO Quality Management System, including development and improvement of processes to ensure the proper training of the GCO team in accordance with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Provide ongoing operational support of authority inspections and audits related to clinical trials managed by the GCO organization, including training reporting.
- LMS key point of contact for the GCO team.
- Provide ongoing operational support for learning initiatives, including tracking learning progress, addressing learner concerns, and reporting on key training metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements or adjustments based on feedback.
- Support development of training/learning modules in cooperation with external service providers.
Your experience and qualifications
- University education in life science, natural sciences or comparable qualifications. (B.Sc. required, M.Sc. preferred.)
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development roles, with the ability to support the planning and execution of learning initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage and operate Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
- GCO knowledge and experience in Clinical Trial Management, CRA certificate
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working in a global company and motivation to work in an intercultural environment.
- Problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges and ensure the success of learning initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining accuracy in compliance-related training.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
