Who we are
The opportunity
Student position within 'Systems and Processes' for R&D, Global Clinical Operations, Innovative medicines, Biosimilars and Generics.
Supporting clinical trials operational processes in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines by data upload, oversight and analysis in Clinical Trial Management System [CTMS] and Electronic Trial Master file [eTMF] platform; responsible for integrated and manual data quality and integrity.
How you’ll spend your day
1. Updating the TGEC [Teva Global eTMF and CTMS] with operational data information for the clinical study.
2. Data oversight and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness using different reports and applications.
3. Engaging with study functions leads (internal or external) and IT supporting functions to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
4. Working in accordance with Clinical Trials ICH-GCP, SOP and regulatory requirements.
Your experience and qualifications
Education Required:
2nd year student preferable for one of the following: life sciences, Industrial/bio Medical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Healthcare/Bioinformatics, or similar area- must
Experience Required:
• Ability to work minimum 2 days per week, preferable 3.
• Strong technology orientation, ability to work with several systems and understand application logic (usage of share drives, data mapping, CRM systems)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills in English (must be comfortable to engage with others in English on regular basis)
• Knowledge of standard Windows programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook etc.).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a global changing environment
Experience Preferred:
• Prior experience in data entry position - advantage
• Prior experience with pharmaceuticals or biomedical company - advantage
• Understanding of clinical data and pharmaceutical development -advantage
