The opportunity

Our group specializes in applying advanced quantitative methods and modeling to support drug development and regulatory submissions. As part of QPB, you will work alongside experienced scientists, contribute to impactful projects, and develop skills at the intersection of pharmacology, data science, and clinical research.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Work alongside experienced scientists in a collaborative R&D environment

  • Apply advanced quantitative methods and modeling to support drug development

  • Analyze and interpret pharmacological and clinical data

  • Develop skills at the intersection of pharmacology, data science, and clinical research

  • Gain exposure to the regulatory aspects of drug development and submissions

Your experience and qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a second degree (MSc), Pharm D, or higher degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, biotechnology engineering, biomedical engineering, or a closely related field (such as life sciences, or bioinformatics).

  • Demonstrated programming proficiency in at least one of the following: R, SAS, or MATLAB. Candidates will be asked to present a previous coding project or complete a programming assessment.

  • Proactive approach and strong initiative, evidenced by activities or achievements beyond standard academic requirements.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver a short presentation about your background and academic experience.

  • Proficiency in English.
