The opportunity
How you’ll spend your day
- Lead and coordinate multiple complex, site-level projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets including regulatory-driven initiatives with strict external deadlines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards throughout all project phases.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including site departments, global teams, and external vendors.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (timelines, risk registers, status reports, action trackers).
- Support regulatory readiness, including inspection preparation and adherence to compliance frameworks.
- Monitor and control budgets, resource allocation, and escalate issues to PMO as needed.
- Drive governance and transparency, acting as the central coordination point for all assigned projects.
- Champion change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices in project management.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; Hebrew is an advantage.
