Job Description

The PM CMC Biosimilars will support the End to End Early Biosimilar Development leader for the following;
Projects:

  • Collecting and aligning the project plans of all the units and functions involved in Early BioS Dev (creating standard formats/templates)
  • Assist in the analysis of project plans and data in order to identify risks, opportunities and how they affect the overall milestones of the Biosimilars program.
  • Work closely with CMC biosimilars management team to build and implement working procedures and assist in resource allocation and monitoring
  • Follow up on project milestones, status update and identified actions.

Operation:

  • Together with units leaders create and follow along the year Opex and CapEx budgets (generate status reports in finance supplied templates)
  • Be CMC Biosimilar point person with the IT unit supporting the lab activity
  • Assure all lab instruments are functioning according to Teva/lab standards (calibrated, validated, etc)
  • Support Early Biosimilar Development leader in all aspects related to the lab expansion projects. Be the unit point person for all related functions (Facility management, Engineering unit project lead, Contractors, etc.)
  • Other support duties as required or asigned

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Very strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to simplify multiple project plans to get to the root issues and opportunities.
  • Strong collaborative and business skills to understand the functional realities as well as understand the overall business needs.
  • Strong communication skills to navigate tradeoffs between functional goals vs. overall CMC Biosimilars E2E program needs
  • Strong learning agility and demonstrated ability to work in an uncertain and new environment.
  • Openness to change and to adapt to new structures and process as the E2E role evolves
  • Proven ability to work “hands on“ and be pleasantly persistent when faced with resistance.
  • Organized and brings tasks to completion on time and with no reminders

Profile:

  • Graduate degree (preferably in technology, engineering, biologics, or operations discipline)
  • Strong program and project management experience with proven track record preferably in life sciences industry
  • Background in R&D project management, Biologics will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large multiple sources of data and bringing it together in a structured and simple format
  • Outstanding skills in Power Point and Excel
  • Highly team-oriented and capability to operate effectively in all levels within the organization
  • Fluent English – writing, reading and speaking
