Job Description

The HR Manger for R&D Units will provide HR support for the R&D organization in IL, Includes  support for one global Unit.
The HR manager works closely with 2-4 Unit managers including VP's and his/her leadership team. The Support  in the IL units  includes working in a global environment with interfaces accordingly
Provides expertise in the development of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues.
The HRM will need to integrate local and global HR activities and processes, and provide end-to-end HR solutions for the business.
The HRM is part of the HR R&D team, reporting directly to Sir Director HR R&D IL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement an integrated people strategy for the business unit including organizational design, leadership and talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, development and retention.  Anticipate the future needs of the organization and areas of potential disruption.
  • Build and maintain progressive human resources practices possessing the business insight necessary to influence the business objectives.
  • Coach leaders and members of leadership teams to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes.
  • Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable R&D unit's business strategy.
  • Support for the implementation of human resources policy
  • Partnership in engagement processes at the site in Netanya

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as HR business partner role within a progressive and global HR environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Trusted partner, facilitator with excellent people skills and the ability to influence in a positive manner
  • Analytical, problem solving skills and experience having managed multiple work priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experienced of successful organizational change programs
  • High level of drive, resilient and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • High level English
  • Teamwork and very good work interfaces
