Job Description

Academic affairs and Networks (AAN) is a team within Teva's Global R&D, with a mission to identify and manage strategic academic collaborations and connection to seed innovation in Teva and help build Teva's future drug discovery and preclinical assessment of novel therapeutics. This fascinating task includes scouting for new collaboration opportunities according to Teva's strategic interests, managing collaborations and specifically scientific management, grant management, management of engagement in international and local consortia, and contributing in depth scientific knowledge to the projects.
The team member will mainly assist in managing the portfolio of projects in the field of immunotherapy, including diverse and highly impactful scientific collaborations.

Job description
The team member will assist in managing academic collaborations, and will be required to have high expertise and experience in immunotherapy (very strong background in immunology is a must).
The main tasks will be:

  • Scientific consulting- consult on ongoing collaborations, monitor the progress and work together with external and internal teams to advance the projects.
  • Scouting - understanding the strategic needs or Teva's departments identifying relevant partners in academia worldwide and working together to develop proposals for new academic collaborations


  • Expert scientific background (PhD or post doc in immunology/immunotherapy/antibody engineering - a must)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a true team player
