Job Description

Teva pharmaceuticals is looking for a digital savvy to develop digital culture and encouraging\upskilling digital skills internally within the team and within the organization while managing internal digital communication channels.

This role include:

  • You will manage, supervise and oversee the digital processes focused on managing and coordinating all the points of contact between the employee and Teva's organization in the internal digital landscape.
  • You will leverage the strong foundations already put in place, will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new internal digital communications and engagement strategy and related channels and  guidelines
  • Your work will shape how we engage with our employees and help us consistently reinforce a Digital-First culture and values, aligned closely to our external audience channels and content.



Sub Function

Internal/Employee Communications


  • Digital savvy and with a good understanding of the technological requirements of the relevant platforms, also capable of writing business requirements
  • Experience in developing digital culture and encouraging\upskilling digital skills internally within the team and within the organization
  • Ability to Integrate Everyday Digital Skills Into the Workplace
  • Ability to evaluate digital sources and digital communication approach
  • Experience in defining and implementing international internal engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to assess strategic problems, develop insights and guide strategic direction
  • Ability to oversee and understand multiple programs, projects and campaigns
  • Excellent global execution capabilities
  • Continuous self-learning on digital capabilities, benchmarks and top trendsProven experience in big complex organizations - Advantage
  • Exceptional communication and people management skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, well organized, creative and innovative, and possesses good time management skills
  • Collaborator, Team player, adept at working in a matrixed environment
