Job Description


  • Ownership and accountability of the Indirect Content Management process for Procurement.
  • The Lead is responsible to ensure that the team performs the following activities:
  • Analytics on Procurement Spend in order to create/update Procurement Master Data
  • Propose and implement Catalogues/ Contracts in the Procurement Systems based on opportunity analysis
  • Create, update and maintain indirect catalogues on Ariba platform
  • Responsible to establish process compliance controls and performance metrics and Service Level Agreements to ensure improved efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
  • Responsible to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible to ensure full utilization of Procurement systems’ functionalities and capabilities.
  • Responsible to ensure that an effective and efficient content communication process is established and maintained within Global Procurement.
  • Responsible for achieving the annual target of catalogue utilization and minimize catalogue leakage.
  • Responsible for leading the Global team of specialist, with functional and managerial responsibility of the team.


  • Minimum of 7-10 years of overall experience in content management (in procurement)
  • Good experience in Ariba Transitions, Ariba Guided Buying, catalogs- Hosted/ punch outs, Team management.
  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • MBA preferred.
