Job Description

 Internal consulting SPoC for data analytics for TGO HR

Support with insights for QBRs in consultation with HRLT and PMO

Support the performance of projects assigned to the People & Organization lever with data/insights

Identify & highlight trends and issues to PMO that need focus

Support alignment within the leadership team on people strategy imperatives Dashboard, Reporting & Data Management

Analyze the trends and metrics (hiring, attrition, training schedule adherence, FTE utilization, talent gaps etc. ) to develop solutions for the respective business

Consult & partner with the CoEs to develop programs and policies basis the trends Create visual and logical dashboards and digital reports.

Timely delivery of talent MIS & key insights Design with the customer in mind, seeking to deliver usable products.

Define, document and deliver metrics that are standard and usable Maintain data dictionaries to assist in ensuring clarity and purpose.

Create interventions to improve the technology usage for insights

Ensure users adopt technology through coaching, mentoring and enablement

Explore, learn and introduce new tools in collaboration with Corporate to improve Business Intelligence

 

Qualifications

Overall Minimum 7 years of experience Professional with good talent analytics and HR analytics experience from any of service industry or FMCG industry is also fine

Someone with experience in finance, strategy and operations is also fine

Added advantage if experience in excel, tableau and Python

Education: Engineering Degree or MBA from from premium B school /or institutes
