Essential Duties & responsibilities

 

• Leading serialization reporting
• Monitors and prepares internal and external reporting in the Supply Chain Management Department
• Participates in the optimization of processes in the Department of Supply Chain Management;
• Participates on the part of the Supply Chain Management Department in passing audits;
• Controls the support of the master data on products and customers (distributors);
• Controls the performance of the duties of his group;
• Carries out the development of employees (subordinates), organizing trainings, coaching, participates in seminars, etc

Skills & behavior

 

• Higher technical / logistic / economic education
• Experience in big pharma companies/big-sized business from 3 years
• Proved experience in leading serialization
• People management experience
• Experience of working with big data
• Deep Knowledge of Windows systems (Excel, Word) and analytical tools
• Proactive and self-directed thought leader
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce tangible results
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive, professional, and productive business relationships with business users and main stakeholders
• English is upper-intermediate or higher
