Job Description
  • Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships;
  • Maintaining relationships and business development with key customers - distributors and retail chains in the CIS countries;
  • Search for new customers in the CIS countries;
  • Participation in negotiating terms and concluding contracts with customers;
  • Arranging product deliveries and tracking the delivery process;
  • Fulfillment of sales plan for turnover and profit;
  • Market analysis;
  • Participation in the organization of marketing activities;
  • Control of receivables;
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;
  • Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments;
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals;
  • Strategy creation for each particular country, sales matrix, marketing plan;
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma);
  • English - fluent, upper-intermediate;
  • Experience and contacts with key pharmaceutical market players in the CIS countries;
  • Knowledge of market analysis methods;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of effective promotion tools;
  • Work experience in a pharmaceutical company with strict compliance standards.
