Purpose

 

Leading the development of omni-channel and digital communications for customers (HCPs, Pharmacists, Heads of Pharmacies, Wholesalers and Pharmacy Chains’ managers and others) in order to ensure long-run brand awareness, sales growth and high distribution level of Teva products in Russian pharmaceutical market.

Responsibilities:

 

•    Sales volume, market share and profitability whilst securing the investments;
•    Implementation of Promo Digital Plan for Customers, incl. On-line webinars, on-line tests, interactive presentations, and others;
•    Coordination and control of all digital materials’ availability in line with brand cycle and customer needs (e-leaflets, short/long videos, personalized links to TV-ads, clinical studies et al.)
•    Regular integration with Field Force on proper usage of materials for remoted and hybrid calls,
•    Development of tailor-made offers for Customers in line with their typologies (incl. CES roll-out for pharmacists) and their implementation,
•    Development of recommendations for CVP (brand marketing) on course correction re. digital materials (Approved emails, response rate, reading up to the end, SF and Customer qualitative feedbacks) 
•    Leading the digital activities for Customers’ professional social networks, interaction with the service vendors (SmartPharma.ru, Pharmznanie.ru, Pharmedu.ru, Provisor24.ru et al.)

Requirements:

 

•    University degree (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Economics, Management, Marketing is a plus);
•    3+ years experience in sales, trade marketing and/or digital functions in a top pharmaceutical company (previous experience in digital is an advantage);
•    Strong understanding of Russian pharmaceutical customers with focus on Pharmacists and HCPs;
•    Knowledge of industry-specific codes of practice or conduct, advertising codes, regulatory directives and guidelines, including legal regulations and AIPM; 
•    Successful experience of introduction and implementation of new omni-channel / digital practices in a pharmaceutical company;
•    Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills 
•    High level of leadership, collaboration, client focus and innovation
•    Advanced user of MS Office programs
•    English – Intermediate level
