Purpose

 

Leading the development and deployment of category management recommendations and customized trade  marketing activities for Strategic Key Accounts (Pharmacy Chains) in order to ensure long-run sales growth of Teva CBG products in contracted retail channel.

Responsibilities:

 

•    Develop and coordinate Category Development activities in Strategic and Top Key Accounts  (21 Customers) with the objective of increasing sales volume, market share and profitability whilst securing the investments;
•    Take part in Strategic accounts joint business planning to ensure smart assortment management, shelf visibility improvement and GP maximization; 
•    Plan, justify, ensure and control G2N budget usage with the selected Accounts for target categories;
•    Lead performance analytics of assortment effectiveness at KA level; make deep dives in KAs and develop recommendations on assortment changes for target categories; find and come with recommendations regarding category growth sources;
•    Analyze the efficiency of contracts with Key Accounts, understand Pharmacy chains’ needs to develop programs based on learnings;
•    Lead the development of concept-sell tools (Selling Stories, Briefs, Communications etc.) for Strategic Key Accounts, co-pilot customization of these tools for key partners if necessary, Test&Learn projects. 
•    Input for new launches regarding recommendations by customer/ rotation/number of SKU, planogram
•    Ensure timely and efficient communication with key stakeholders both external (KA Customers) and internal (Key Account Managers, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Supply, Finance, Operations, Launch Committee et al.)

Requirements:

 

•    3+ years commercial experience in international FMCG or pharmaceutical company (OTC)
•    Experience in sales, key accounts, trade marketing is an advantage
•    University degree (Economics, Management, Marketing is a plus)
•    Strong understanding of Russian pharmaceutical customers with focus on pharmacy chains
•    Knowledge of industry-specific codes of practice or conduct, advertising codes, regulatory directives and guidelines, including legal regulations and AIPM 
•    Strong analytical, presentational, communication and project management skills 
•    Business results oriented
•    High level of leadership, collaboration, client focus and innovation
•    Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint 
•    Readiness for often business trips 
•    Valid driving license and driving experience over 3 years 
•    English – Intermediate level
