Responsibilities:

 

• SFMC platform support
• Collaborate with global \ local IT and commercial business units (sales, marketing, market access, medical affairs);
• Analyze and implement the business requirements for creating \ improving CJMs;
• Promote and manage SFMC capabilities;
• Lead changes \ projects, related to SFMC;
• Keep up on market trends and new use cases for design, data models, analytics and suggests evolution of the architecture according to these external and internal circumstances.

Requirements:

 

• Education: University degree, 2+ year working experience;
• Advance Experience in Microsoft Office (Advance Excel)
• General overview of digital marketing;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to use information to generate creative solutions;
• Project management skills, collaborative with proven ability to work with people across the teams;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a globally dispersed team;
• Ability to self-learn, develop, and apply business and technical knowledge quickly;
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience;
• Highly developed communication skills, Russian native speaker with good command of English

Expertise on the below products and technologies would be an advantage:

 

• Salesforce.com & Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Qlik Sense;
• Creation of technical documentation;
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
