Position Summary

 

Media Manager will serve as an integral member of Digital and Innovations team. Media Manager will strategize, plan and oversee media activities across Teva Russia incl. developing media strategy, agency briefing, support marketing teams on media planning, and media execution. In addition, Media Manager will align with appropriate agency/service provider resources and lead reporting on media activities for teams and key stakeholders. Media Manager will serve as SPOC for media agency.

Responsibilities:

 

• Lead development of media strategies (ATL and digital) according to brand plans
• Lead development of media plans with focus on efficiency
• Lead preparation of media deal and negotiation process.
• Lead media agency briefing, supervision and internal coordination
• Provide recommendation on digital mediamix
• Supervise campaign execution
• Supervise on-time creative copy submission to relevant parties
• Recommend new digital tools and solutions, lead pilots on new digital media channels
• Develop digital media playbooks and guidance
• Lead preparation of Monthly, Quarterly media placement and media competitive reports for brand teams and management teams
• In charge for media reporting during and post-campaigns
• Lead preparation of regular media market landscape overview
• Manages operations with media agency incl. contract and invoice management
• Responsible for conducting analysis and cross-channel effectiveness studies, tracking and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing teams
• Lead execution of media audit with 3rd party
• Lead yearly media agency assessment and global media pitch preparation
• Mentors team on media tools

 

Requirements and Skills:

 

• Education: university degree
• 3y+ experience in media ATL+digital marketing in in multinational company or in a media agency;
• Experience in digital trends, user experience;
• Deep knowledge of ATL and digital media tools, platforms, formats and metrics
• Analytical mind, financial acumen & problem-solving abilities
• Attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong motivation and have a desire for continuous learn
• Excellence at planning and organization
• English level advanced is a must
