Job Description


•  Full scope support of the Teva CIS business, including the following matters:
- commercial contracts, corporate and delegation matters, regulatory, data privacy and trade laws compliance;
- participation in DD and compliance committees;
- development and roll-out of policies and templates relevant to the supported matters;
- coordination of outside counsel support (selection, budgeting, management);
- training for internal clients;

•  Support of legal streams for Teva Russia organization (to be defined following interview).



- Higher legal education
- Work experience in the legal profession for at least 7 years
- Healthcare company or law firm (healthcare/commercial practice)
- Experience supporting commercial/ key account team (distribution)
- English: Upper Intermediate / Advanced

Reports To

General Counsel Russia, Eurasia and Turkey based in Moscow
