Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic planning, formulation and execution for the Facilities Management organization at the country level
  •  Managing of ongoing FM hard/soft services at country/site levels:
    Hard services: maintenance, installation, and construction of systems, building, and infrastructure. Establishing and maintaining utility and sustainability.
    Soft Services: cleaning, catering, waste management, hospitality, employee transportation, archiving, security, pest control, garments, PPE, landscaping.
  •  Realization of the global policy and procedures of the FM at country level.
  •  provides services to Teva site in accordance with the rules and regulations of industrial sanitation and fire protection of buildings and premises in which the structural divisions of the enterprise are located;
  •  Organizes the repair of premises, monitors the quality of repair work on site.
  •  Controls compliance with the requirements of the internal labor regulations, safety measures.
  •  Interface management with sites managers for promotion and implementation of the work plan.
  •  Overall responsibility for soft/hard services contracts with FM suppliers in country;
  •  Personal and professional development of site FM managers and staff.
  •  Professional FM sites services with high quality and low cost.
  •  Management, documentation and knowledge sharing at country level.
  •  Leading changes in accordance with the organizational and strategic changes;
  •  Manage, forecast, maintain, and monitor the country Facility Management budget in line with financial arrangements;
  •  Develop annual budgets for both operational and capital expenditure, to reach cost reduction targets set by the GFM management;
  •  Manage, maintain and monitor in-country Facility service levels, in line with SOPs, SLA and KPI's, to reach service improvement targets set by GFM management;
  •  Management, documentation, and knowledge sharing at the region and/or country level; ensure that the company meets its environmental-reporting requirements, including internal audits and utility reporting




  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, (preference given to those with a degree in Facility Management, Logistics, or Engineering);
  •  5 – 8 years’ experience in Facility management in soft and hard services;
  •  Minimum of 2 years’ experience of outsourced-Facility contract management;
  •  Experience managing projects and Office administration  in an international company;
  •  Well-developed management skills, with significant experience in team building and management;
  •  Proven ability to initiate, manage, and successfully implement change processes;
  •  Proven record of managing measured  internal customers services;




  •  Ability to create strong networks within a matrix organization;
  •  Proactive, well organized and flexible
  •  Excellent written and oral communications skills, including the ability to effectively
  •  Communicate at all levels;
  •  Ability to take initiative with minimum consultation, as well as the ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines;
  •  High level of written and spoken English;
  •  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel);
  •  Strong level of customer-focused experience;
  •  Team player, service orientated, supportive;
  •  Assertiveness and determination to achieve results.
