The opportunity

Senior Brand Manager, CNS
Location: Montreal or Toronto
Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite

 

Teva Canada is seeking a highly qualified Senior Brand Manager to join the Innovative Medicines team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for CNS specialty brands, driving strong commercial results and market presence. This role involves leading  Teva’s core CNS brand, providing mentorship to team members, representing Teva externally, and incorporating internal and external perspectives into brand strategies. 

 

At Teva Canada, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to making a meaningful impact. As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth of psychiatry specialty brands and contribute to advancing patient access and outcomes across Canada. 

How you’ll spend your day

Brand Strategy & Execution: 

Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans
Lead cross functional brand team, including hyper-competitive strategy, promotional campaigns, and performance monitoring. 

 

Mentorship & Leadership: 

Mentor and guide junior team members and interns to support talent development.
Oversee agency partners to ensure timely delivery of projects and programs. 

 

External Engagement & Representation: 

Represent Teva Canada at external events, advisory boards, and industry working groups, contributing to the evolution of the Migraine market segment.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and external stakeholders. 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

Work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Training to ensure brand strategies are aligned and competitively executed.
Serve as the marketing liaison to Sales and Sales Training teams during Plan of Action Meetings and Advisory Boards. 

 

Analytical & Market Insights:

Conduct advanced market analysis, including studies on disease burden, market measures, gross to net, and budget impact, to inform brand positioning.
Lead monthly and annual forecasting and financial processes with robust analytical methodologies.
Monitor changes in the Canadian migraine and reimbursement landscape to proactively address challenges and optimize brand strategy. 

 

Operational Excellence: 

Manage brand budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Ensure adherence to Canadian pharmaceutical legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Analyze product performance metrics and oversee inventory management for marketed products. 

Your experience and qualifications

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in life sciences or business is advantageous.
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in pharmaceutical product or brand & sales management, ideally within CNS Migraine or specialty medicines.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches, achieving formulary access, and managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities with proven expertise in data interpretation and forecasting.
  • Experience in Patient Support Programs and multichannel marketing strategies required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and legal requirements.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within North America.
