Job Description

Position Summary:
Ensure order processing and co-ordinate with wholesalers, distributors and hospitals to meet local market demand in both HK and CN market. Coordinate with Teva, Actavis production sites to ensure on time delivery of goods to 3rd party logistics provider without carrying excess inventory. Coordinate with different functions, customers and sites to achieve on time goods clearance & seamless product distribution to the customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage Monthly Rolling Forecast for all Teva /Actavis business and submit to the production site after discussion with internal & external stakeholder
  • Participate in monthly forecast meeting and ensure monthly MRF files are created.
  • Review MRF’s with Senior Supply Chain Manager and place orders on global / local sites as recommended / Teva policies
  • Manage OM in DSC and Oracle system.
  • Process invoice upon delivery of goods to local distributors from the site for MTO business
  • Co-ordinate with Teva, Actavis and TPM sites to ensure on time delivery, order fill rate accuracy; minimize stock obsolescence.
  • Collate data & assist in generating reports based on Teva APAC reporting guidelines.
  • Maintaining stock keeping unit’s information using the Teva Master Data Management system & all relevant data parameters in Oracle system.
  • Co-ordinate with local distributors and ensure KPI are being met on monthly basis
  • Prepare Weekly / Monthly reporting for supply chain like KPI, Back order, PO status, OOS
  • Support Senior Supply Chain Manager for monthly closing for supply chain, like sales etc.
  • Work together with local Commercial Quality, Regulatory Affairs and other functions to ensure goods are available for sales at local distributors
  • Manage import permits


  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or Logistic
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with Hong Kong and China Market
  • Preferred experience in Pharmaceutical Industries
  • Experience in Multicultural, Matrix, Global environment and experience with South East-Asia markets an added advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry desirable
  • Proficient in Excel. Experience in ERP system (Oracle) will be advantage
