The Position

 

We have an opportunity for a driven and ambitious Specialist Sales Representative to join our sales team covering Victoria. This role will be responsible for growing market share and achieving sales results through the promotion of our Central Nervous System (CNS) portfolio

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Plan efficient territory coverage and business plan in line with the brand strategy.
  • Develop and build professional relationships with targeted customers within assigned territory.
  • Build multi-channel communication to deliver education tailored to specific customer preferences.
  • Identify and engage with KOL’s to achieve advocacy (e.g. formulary approval, protocol change, product PI uptake, etc.).
  • Achieve hospital formulary listing and protocol changes as required.

The Successful Candidate

 

  • Degree in Science or Business related disciplines
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the specialist / hospital channel within the Australian Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Clinical or sales experience in the CNS therapeutic class preferred
  • Strong sales, persuasion and presentation skills
  • Excellent product and disease state knowledge
  • Ability to network, cooperate, build confidence and trusting relationships
  • Good planning and organizational skills with ability to handle competing priorities effectively
