Our Team, Your Impact

This role offers a great opportunity to develop strong supply chain operational skills in a multinational environment, working closely with planning, customer service, finance, and external partners, while building a solid foundation for future career progression in Supply Chain.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Replenishment management for the internal and external suppliers.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, batch and expiry control, and corrective actions.
• Identify and escalate potential supply risks, shortages, or delays in a timely manner.
• Coordinate invoice posting and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or master data in collaboration with Finance and SSC.
• Maintain and validate supply chain master data to ensure system accuracy.
• Prepare and support regular supply chain reports (inventory status, OOS, potential OOS, operational KPIs).
• Act as an operational interface between Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with internal supply chain procedures, controls, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate invoice posting and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or master data in collaboration with Finance and SSC.
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience

• Good understanding and experience with supply chain and logistics processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English (part of the interview process will be held in English)
• Strong analytical and data handling skills; good Excel proficiency.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
