Who we are
Medis specializes in out-licensing high-quality generic pharmaceuticals to third-party pharmaceutical companies. Established in 1985, we offer a broad portfolio of 170+ generic pharmaceutical products, mainly in the form of tablets, capsules and injections.
Our portfolio includes a growing range of specialist oncology products and product formulations, predominantly solid oral dosages.
We develop these products in house and provide our customers with the necessary regulatory support. In fact, we have a proven track record in securing regulatory approval prior to patent expiries, and have supported our customers in obtaining marketing authorizations in over 100 countries.

Please note we are offering a temporary contract for this role.
How you’ll spend your day
- Gather Forecasting data from 80+ different customers (Big Pharma companies worldwide), including Tier 1 customers
- Site meeting report preparation process on a weekly basis
- Allocation submissions through standardized template, consolidating data inputs to be provided to Sr. Dir Commercial Operations
- Manage TGO Volume approval process and flow up with needed stakeholders
- Update BRM/ customer S&OP materials monthly in the central reports
- Lead forum with Projects and Comm. Improvements for IT improvements and developments of tools and dashboards
- Analyze the current Forecast process and propose and implement improvements
- Reporting performance metrics for Demand Planning function
- Maintain demand planning data
- Prepare and maintain relevant KPIs and operational reports pertaining to demand planning process
- Collaborate with Local, Regional and Global Teams on specific supply chain analysis and reporting
- Participant for the AOP preparation process
- Participation/management of initiatives for continuous improvement on supply performance, collaboration with other departments and Customer’s service
Your experience and qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Pharmacist or Mathematics
- Professional proficiency in English. Fluent, both spoken and written. Other languages are valued
- Expert in excel and data management
- Knowledge on Sales and Operations Planning processes is preferred
- Knowledge of Advance Planning Systems (SAP APO, Manugistics, Oracle Demand Planning, etc.) as well as Business Intelligence system is preferred
- Knowledge of Data Analytics software (specially Tableau) is preferred
- This position requires strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills – hence experience with software packages including Windows and Microsoft Office (xls, ppts) is required
- Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the Demand Planning – from customer service Managers to Senior Directors. Good facilitation skills are required
