How you’ll spend your day

  • You will  be developing the baseline for an end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain analytics in Teva Global Operations (TGO) across all planning capabilities, aligning process maps, metric standards and information available to leverage across Teva supply chain.
  • You will also be involved in the development of predictive analytics in SAP IBP, SAP SAC allowing different stakeholders to understand the impact of their plans and facilitating decision-making to implement corrective actions.
  • Contribution to initiatives/projects oriented to improve Teva Global Operations network, looking to create value to the business by managing inventory, improving service levels, identifying constraints, reducing cycle times, etc. …
  • Those initiatives/projects are very KPI oriented. The goal is to improve Global Supply KPIs using / developing the most powerful analytics using the best-in-class BI solutions mainly in SAP IBP and SAC and making those available to the entire organization / stakeholders
  • Monthly measurement and publication of the main Global Supply Chain metrics / KPIs

Your experience and qualifications

  • Experience: at least 3 years of relevant experience in Operations, forecasting, demand/inventory planning and/or supply chain management in a FMCG/Pharmaceutical industries or Consulting companies
  • Education/Training: University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Economics
  • Licenses/Certificates: APICS or other Supply Chain Certifications preferred (not a must)
  • Languages: Spanish and English - fluent, both spoken and written
  • Experience in developing BI Solutions, Solver Models and Optimization Data Models.
  • Knowledge of Advance Planning Systems (specially SAP APO, SAP IBP) as well as Business Intelligence system
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Supply Planning with an understanding of their operational impacts over the supply chain.
  • Very strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills – hence experience with software packages including Windows and Microsoft Office (xls, ppt) is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process – from demand planners to General Managers or Senior Directors from Regional Teams. Good facilitation skills are required
  • Results oriented profile is key to meet the objectives both in quality and time

  • Requirements Engineering for AI/ML Projects
  • Experience with Data Science & Machine Learning Concepts
  • Collaboration with IT / Data Engineering Teams
  • Experience with Aily - not mandatory
