The opportunity
We are looking for a Cluster Security Officer in our Teva Madrid offices to have the professional responsibility for the security of Teva employees, resources and information, against criminal risks, in the respective geographical area. (Cluster may range between 6 to 10 countries).
How you’ll spend your day
- Establish and maintain procedures, standards and guidelines, for the security of Teva employees, resources and information, against criminal risks in accordance with applicable law and Global Corporate Security policies and standards.
- Act as a security business partner to the site and country management and other relevant local Teva initiatives.
- Responsible for risk assessment of the security of employees, resources and information, against criminal risks.
- Manage Security related Crisis Management Program and support site and country level in security related crisis scenarios.
- Professionally support security related issues, as they occur; addressing employees and managers' needs and queries.
- Responsible for investigating security related incidents.
- Implement the transportation security policies to ensure the integrity of the Supply Chain.
- Implement and coordinate with the required business functions in alignment with the Product Security Program. Act as a law enforcement liaison with the country's authorities.
- Manage and coordinate the Travel Security Policy in the respective geographical area.
- Manage and coordinate the Events and MICE Security Policy in the respective geographical area.
- Manage and coordinate the PESV process in the respective geographical area.
- Support and guide the education and training of employees and management in security related matters.
- Audit Teva and third parties' sites and activities for compliance with Corporate Security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform Red Team Drills as part of the audit program to ensure that the Security staff and systems are performing as required.
- Act as a law enforcement liaison to develop a close working relationship with the country's authorities.
- Support the RSO in ad-hock regional missions.
Your experience and qualifications
Must have capabilities and experiences
- Several years in similar security positions, and/or solid experience as an officer at a relevant law enforcement organization and/or proven track record and solid profile as an auditor or investigator.
- Working experience within multinational corporations or security organizations in the respective geographical area.
- 1st relevant academic degree or equivalent education.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English.
- Official Security certification – if required by local law or regulation.
- Availability to travel within Europe Region (20-25% time)

- Experience in pharmaceutical industry or other manufacturing industries.
