Our Team, Your Impact

The Site Supply Chain Head is responsible for leading and integrating all end-to-end supply chain activities at site level, ensuring reliable product supply, optimal inventory, and cost efficiency in alignment with Teva’s Global SC framework and global supply chain blueprint.

The role drives execution excellence across Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics, while ensuring alignment with global processes, digital standards, and compliance requirements.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

1. End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership (Plan–Make–Deliver Alignment)

  • Lead all site supply chain functions, including:
    • Production planning & scheduling
    • Material planning (RM/PM)
    • Procurement & supplier coordination (as applicable)
    • Warehousing & inventory management
    • Distribution & logistics
  • Ensure synchronization between demand, supply, and manufacturing capabilities
  • Act as the site focal point for GCA governance and global process adherence

2. Production & Materials Planning

  • Own the site supply plan to meet customer demand and network requirements
  • Ensure finite production scheduling aligned with capacity, constraints, and priorities
  • Drive material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing
  • Lead S&OP / IBP deployment and execution at site level

3. Inventory & Working Capital Management

  • Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
  • Balance service levels, cost, and obsolescence risks
  • Drive continuous improvement of inventory turns and working capital

4. Warehousing & Logistics Oversight

  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including:
    • GMP compliance
    • Storage conditions and material flow
    • Accuracy and traceability
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics performance
  • Ensure compliance with global trade and transportation standards

5. Performance Management & KPIs

  • Own and drive site supply chain KPIs, including:
    • OTIF (On Time In Full)
    • Service level
    • Inventory metrics
    • Plan adherence
    • Write-offs and obsolescence
  • Implement performance routines and root cause analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma principles

6. GSC & Blueprint Alignment

  • Ensure implementation and compliance with Teva’s GSC standards, processes, and digital tools
  • Act as site process owner for supply chain blueprint processes
  • Support system implementations (e.g., SAP/APO/IBP) and data accuracy

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with:
    • Site Operations / Manufacturing
    • Quality & Regulatory
    • Finance
    • Global and Regional Planning teams
  • Act as a key member of the site leadership team
  • Support strategic decisions, capacity planning, and network optimization

8. People Leadership

  • Lead and develop the site supply chain team
  • Build capabilities aligned with future-state supply chain skills
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing/pharma environment
  • Proven leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain roles
  • Strong understanding of planning systems (SAP/APO/IBP or similar)
  • Experience in GMP-regulated environment
