Who we are
How you’ll spend your day
- The bulk planner is responsible to plan the manufacturing process for bulk production (also semi-finished products) based on demand, material availability and machine /labor capacity of resources
- Creates firmed 3-month plan for dedicated Bulk production by INN/ resource including needed adjustments in SAP within strict timeline and ensures availability of materials
- Responsible for raw material and bulk inventory management and OOS avoidance
- Monitors expiry of API, manages re-testing if needed, and supports/manages destruction process
- Ensures availability of materials according to existing CEP / DMF version and approved supplier, in consideration of different lead times
- Ensures material reservations for customers
- Ensures effective communication to Supply Service, Scheduling and Planner buyer associates
- Supply Chain contact for quality related topics
- Monitors and supports discussions on bridging stocks
- Provides relevant information like lead times, stock coverages
- Supports local and global forums and requests– e.g. Supply consensus, S&OP, Safety Stock setting etc.
- Ensures planning data accuracy through regular checks (2 times/year) and optimization of planning parameters
- Supports special projects – e.g. serialisation
- Supports yearly projects – e.g. AOP, Costing, Routing, BOM (scrap rates)
- Where deviations occur, ensures that they are fully documented and investigated, reported to Quality Assurance in a timely manner, as well as suggests preventive actions for future and ensures execution of such actions assigned
- Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company – e.g. cGMP, SOP, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements
- Proposes and implements continuous improvements
Your experience and qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar;
- Professional experience in Planning department;
- Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI;
- Customer orientation Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
