The Opportunity

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth production and on-time deliveries?
As a Planning Team Leader, you'll take your planning expertise to the next level, leading a team to deliver stable production and packaging plans. You'll become an owner of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and capacity planning, ensuring we have the right resources to meet customer deadlines.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Leading your team: Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve and exceed business objectives (KPIs)
  • Optimizing plans: Collaborate with production, ensure data accuracy, and define/maintain inventory policies.
  • Long-term planning: Support annual projects (AOP, LRP), Utilize SAP to plan future production (Costing, Routing, BOM), analyze capacity impact, and identify solutions for overloaded resources. 
  • Problem-solving: Manage deviations, report to Quality Assurance, and implement preventive actions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Support annual projects and participate in forums like S&OP and Supply Consensus.
  • Continuously improve processes: PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean method.

Your experience and qualifications

  • 4+ years of planning experience and a passion for leading others.
  • A strong understanding of production planning principles and experience with MPS- capacity Planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BI tools for data analysis.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to present complex information with analysis under pressure.
