Job Description

Teva, the leading pharmaceutical company in Israel, is recruiting Operation Excellence Leader for the operational excellence unit of Kfar-Saba site.

The unit deals with changing processes, culture and working methods, using tools of continuous improvement, based on LEAN.

Responsibilities:
Accompanying units, managers and employees in improvement and efficiency processes, to maximize business potential, managing many projects simultaneously
Implementation of optimization programs within the departments
Planning, monitoring and control of site performance
Working with diverse interfaces in the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree - must (Industrial\Mechanical\Biotechnology Engineering - a significant advantage)
2+ years of experience in project management and leading improvement processes in a production environment
Experience in training and implementation of LEAN
Experience in an manufacturing environment and familiarity with the production and packaging operation 
Experience in analyzing processes and systems
Experience in analyzing statistical processes
High English level
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate people
Office applications proficiency (Word, PP, Excel)
Willingness to work overtime, at Kfar-Saba site
