The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the business unit leadership, supporting a population of approximately 300 employees. The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR solutions aligned with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, employee engagement, and leadership development, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders and managers within the business unit. Translate business strategy into people plans, including workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building.
- Lead and implement core HR processes across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, compensation, engagement, and offboarding.
- Support leadership development initiatives, coaching managers on people management, change management, and performance effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives in alignment with organizational values. Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, growth, and transformation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
Your Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role.
- Proven experience supporting a mid-to-large business unit (200–400 employees).
- Strong understanding of labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and work in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Experience leading organizational change and managing ambiguity.
