Our Team, Your Impact

Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Accountable for the budget, performance, and overall results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams
  • Exercises full people management authority, including performance management, compensation decisions, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Leads and develops professional employees and/or supervisors, or manages large, complex technical, operational, or business support teams
  • Drives team performance within the function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs
  • Addresses cross-functional issues and challenges, leveraging knowledge of related disciplines to deliver effective solutions
  • Translates business objectives into departmental plans, adapting priorities to meet resource and operational needs
  • Makes decisions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and business strategy, with guidance from senior leadership as needed
  • Provides technical and professional guidance to team members, peers, and internal/external stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience supporting a very small site/plant, or a medium-sized function comprising multiple small to medium sub-functions
  • Proven experience managing employees, including generalists and/or managers
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global organizational environment
  • Typically reports to the Country HR Lead or a more senior HR leader
