How you’ll spend your day

  1. Management of Safety, Compliance, Maintenance, and Cost of Production assets - Machines, Systems and Premises of OSD plant, in cooperation and accordance with the plant's head of Production. Ensuring that equipment and systems are adequately handled, maintained, and stored in accordance with relevant approved documents.
  2. Approving maintenance instructions, preventive and brake down maintenance documentation, validation reports (IQ/OQ) for equipment and systems.
  3. Ensuring the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures relating to equipment and systems engineering and maintenance operations, in FULL compliance with requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
  4. Documenting deviations to normal operations, investigating and suggesting corrective actions and preventive actions. Where a complaint occurs, collaborating in the investigation, and suggesting corrective actions and preventive actions for the future.
  5. Managing changes, ensuring changes to existing and or new equipment and systems, are carried out and documented according to approved change control procedures and in compliance with cGMP.
  6. Overall responsibility for Spare-parts inventory setting, contractors work offering and execution.
  7. Managing the Engineering-Maintenance Team in the Engineering Department, overseeing the professional level, and personal welfare of the personnel.
  8. Responsible for training and qualification of the personnel under charge, ensuring that the required initial and continuous training is carried out and adapted according to need.
     

Your experience and qualifications

  • Education: B.Sc. Electronics/Mechanics/Chemicals Engineering, Physics, or other relevant field. M.Sc. – an advantage.
  • 10 years of proven experience, managing engineering and maintenance teams in cGMP environment
